Stats!

Okay so I've started lifting since late August, and now it's November. My current stats are the following:
Deadlift
1 Rep - 140kg
Bench
3 Reps - 70kg
Squat
4 Reps - 120kg

Weighing in at 61kg - 8% BF

Those are the 3 King exercises!
My chest is the weakest point in my body and I hit it 2 times a week - every Monday and Friday
