Squats are King.

Had a shitty leg day today, Only did 100kg by 8 rep Squats though my aim was to concentrate on my form today ( 3 sets ofcourse), also only did 225kg for 8 reps on the leg press. I was surprisingly leg curling 72kg easy today! I remember when I couldn't even do 50kg! so that's a plus ;) Hopefully I'll be curling the whole stack soon :D. Thought that I'd might aswell take a pictures of my legs too though there's nothing there :( My goal is to achieve massive calves (Like a chicken drumstick!), genetics play a big role in that though my uncle has huge abnormal monstrous ripped calves :D
