Movember

Friday - Chest and Tri'ssssss
Probably my favorite day ;) Went in really pumped and motivated. Sadly I didnt do to well. Hoping to be pushing 30kg dumbbells soon! Just got home from Korean BBQ! There was an amazing looking waitress there who remembered me from last time ;) Well here an update Picture of my progress

Squats are King.

Had a shitty leg day today, Only did 100kg by 8 rep Squats though my aim was to concentrate on my form today ( 3 sets ofcourse), also only did 225kg for 8 reps on the leg press. I was surprisingly leg curling 72kg easy today! I remember when I couldn't even do 50kg! so that's a plus ;) Hopefully I'll be curling the whole stack soon :D. Thought that I'd might aswell take a pictures of my legs too though there's nothing there :( My goal is to achieve massive calves (Like a chicken drumstick!), genetics play a big role in that though my uncle has huge abnormal monstrous ripped calves :D

Back Attack

I normally don't do back workouts on Wednesdays but since I missed out on it yesterday (Due to cup day) I had to hit it today and leave my legs until tomorrow then shoulders Friday (No double chest week D:). Here's how it looks at the moment. I weighed in today @ 62.2kg!!! :D Still 5"3 though :(

Stats!

Okay so I've started lifting since late August, and now it's November. My current stats are the following:
Deadlift
1 Rep - 140kg
Bench
3 Reps - 70kg
Squat
4 Reps - 120kg

Weighing in at 61kg - 8% BF

Those are the 3 King exercises!
My chest is the weakest point in my body and I hit it 2 times a week - every Monday and Friday
